Terrible customer service!!!! I had dinner at the Nyari branch and was debited twice on mpesa on 3rd December 2024. I have done several followups and provided evidence of the double debit and one month later, I am still waiting for the refund. Something that was to take maximum 48 hours. They keep giving promises of refund.

We had an unpleasant breakfast experience at Ambience Mall Branch. Breakfast took 40min to prepare and was still not ready then. Extremely slow service and entire staff have a bad attitude. Very dissapointing to see the staff didn't care, we walked out with no breakfast after wasting our 40min there. Overal poor customer service! Never going back there.

Even this is a terrible experience. Imagine leaving a place you were half happy only for them to follow you home. At your expense of lost time and wondering.

1. Great location 2. Great workers 3. Fix water problem at the washrooms. That's embarrassing 4. Pricing of beer: maybe you want to cut off some constituency, but ... I'm thinking of what might have been the one of the downside of Loft after starting with much hype, high pricing... On this one, I choose to reserve my opinion because you understand your business model better.
