Terrible customer service!!!! I had dinner at the Nyari branch and was debited twice on mpesa on 3rd December 2024. I have done several followups and provided evidence of the double debit and one month later, I am still waiting for the refund. Something that was to take maximum 48 hours. They keep giving promises of refund.

We had an unpleasant breakfast experience at Ambience Mall Branch. Breakfast took 40min to prepare and was still not ready then. Extremely slow service and entire staff have a bad attitude. Very dissapointing to see the staff didn't care, we walked out with no breakfast after wasting our 40min there. Overal poor customer service! Never going back there.

Even this is a terrible experience. Imagine leaving a place you were half happy only for them to follow you home. At your expense of lost time and wondering.

1. Great location 2. Great workers 3. Fix water problem at the washrooms. That's embarrassing 4. Pricing of beer: maybe you want to cut off some constituency, but ... I'm thinking of what might have been the one of the downside of Loft after starting with much hype, high pricing... On this one, I choose to reserve my opinion because you understand your business model better.

Poor customer service

once we got there, there was a total confusion of where we could seat which is a really bad sign cause why not say all the rules on your page ? you guys can do better ! and its like they wanted to chase us to downstairs…reserving tables n by 9 they were no clients..come on…competition it tough do better

Sound system was too loud, no menu and paid in advance for a pizza Diavola that was not available, waited too long to have the payment back to my mpesa. Will not come back . I left the place without the pro lem been sorted. Zero star!!!

The space is racist, indians are being accorded privileges Africans can't in their own country. The bouncers allow male Indians to access female bathrooms and Vice versa. when I asked them I got " Hawa watu hawajazoea pombe". am so sure if it was Africans situation would have been handled differently. Also Indians came with theirs own boombox and they were playing their music downstairs. no bouncer or security stopped them. really racist

Slow service

The waiters are overwhelmed! They don’t remember orders ! Give them notebooks or add the number of waiters.
